Sunfish (aka Panfish) are hot and sexy, especially in late spring and early summer!  When the water warms up to the high 60’s, they begin their spawning ritual, which can last through out the summer, depending on the species.  They get really aggressive, and are extremely colorful as well.  The Texas record “Redear Sunfish” came
